debugging
When the machine tool is sawing, the common faults are mainly saw blade breakage, strip falling and bending of sawn wood.
1.When the machine tool is running, the saw blade moves forward and backward, and there are abnormal phenomena such as broken sound. The saw blade may have large cracks, so stop immediately for inspection. There are several reasons for saw blade fracture: Reason of saw machine:
① saw machine vibrates and bearing is worn. The machine tool should be reinforced and the bearings replaced to make it stable.
②tensioner failure, heavy hammer is too heavy. Check the tensioning device and adjust the weight properly.
③saw wheel wheel surface uneven. The rim surface should be leveled.
④The upper and lower saw wheels are twisted and not on the same "vertical plane". Adjust and correct the upper and lower saw wheels.
2. Reason for saw blade:
①The saw blade is made of brittle steel with small toughness. Choose a saw blade with good toughness.
②saw wheel is small and saw blade is thick. Choose a saw blade suitable for the saw wheel. Saw blade thickness = (0.0007-0.001) * saw wheel diameter.
③ the suitable tension is too large or too small. Moderate stretch and trim.
④ joint is not firm, poor finishing. The joint is welded firmly and trimmed.
⑤ The serrations are not sharp and the use time is too long. The serrations are sharp and can be used within two hours.
⑥ The saw blade is cracked and barely used. Drill a small hole at the root of the crack to avoid expansion; If it is too large, the reconnection shall be cut off.
3. Operating reasons:
①The feeding speed is too high. The feeding speed should be flexibly controlled according to the specific situation.
② feed too hard, or encounter section does not slow down. The feeding is stable, and the speed is reduced in case of joint.
③ saw wheel with resin, sawdust stained too thick. Scrape off the resin sawdust in time.
When the saw blade moves along with the saw wheel, it moves back and forth or suddenly enters and exits, which is called strip falling. There are several reasons:
① Tilt the upper wheel and adjust the upper wheel.
② saw wheel diameter taper is too large, and saw wheel uneven. Fine turning, fine grinding and leveling of wheel rim surface.
③ wood splitting, stuck when returning, pull it off. Pay attention to wood defects during operation.
④ fever, tension reduction and even disappearance of clip saw. Remove the resin sawdust on the saw wheel and saw blade and sundries on the saw card, and brush oil frequently.
⑤ saw wood bending, generally have the following reasons:
1. Reason of saw machine:
①Tensioning device is ineffective and heavy hammer is too light. General repair tensioning device, add heavy hammer.
② The wheel rim surface of saw wheel is worn, with different diameters at front and rear, and the wheel rim surface of car wheel.
2. Reason for saw blade:
① The tooth shape is not straight, the tooth chamber is too small, and the saw blade is narrow and biased. Correct tooth profile, enlarge tooth chamber, adjust and enlarge saw path.
② the suitable tension is uneven, loose mouth, adjust the suitable tension.
③ too many joints, improper finishing. Make as few saw blade joints as possible, or give special repair to saw blades with more joints.
3. Operating reasons:
① Inconsistent sending and receiving between the upper hand and the lower hand. On, laid hands on him thought concentration, step in step.
②saw card too loose or too partial, adjust the saw card.
③ feed speed is too fast and uneven. The feeding shall be stable and slow down in case of joint.
④ saw wheel and saw blade stained with resin sawdust, timely removal.
⑤ The sawtooth is blunt and cannot be used continuously. The saw blade is not good. Do not use it reluctantly.
